I need a professional and 'hip' looking re-design for my guitar and amplifier related website (Tone Settings dot com).
This contest is just for the homepage however after picking a winner, I would like some inner pages to be designed.

What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Tone Settings is a niche website that offers information to guitarists regarding how to get good sound, or tone, from your amp. The re-design should have all the basic information found in the current site, but with a different layout.The site should be professional looking, and should be especially appealing to guitarists who play rock or heavy metal. Main aspects of the site would be Settings (for Amps and for FX Pedals), Reviews, Forum.One decent looking, similar website that you can use for reference is UltimateGuitar dot com.

- A rock/metal feel to the design- Header should have a section to register/log in- Possibly some nice looking guitars/amps/fx pedal images somehow within the design- Good integration with Google Ads- Listing of latest settings (with the setting's name, and what product it is for..ex: Fender Twin Reverb, Dunlop Crybaby)- Listing of latest reviews- Listing of latest forum postsI will update this section with more information as I start to see some submissions and I get a better vision of what I want.

- A cheesy looking design- Cliche design ideas such as random music notes, etc.
