Fusionidea was an amazing designer to work with. Our team went back and forth on designs to the point of our own annoyance. However, Fusionidea was patient, diligent, quick, and an absolutely wonderful partner. Not to mention his skill and ultimate design were incredible and captured exactly what we wanted.

Mywarboard.com is a simple CRM/sales tracking tool targeted at small sales teams. Mywarboard.com allows teams to track and measure their sales efforts quickly, easily and accurately.
Our ideal sales team/individual will be young professionals. They'd be more comfortable with a niche/trendy application than a boring old CRM/ERP system you'd find in a large corporation. Our audience will range from freelancers to small sales teams in corporations up to a few million in revenue.
Attached is an image of one page from the mywarboard.com website. There are several things we like about the design and several we dislike.
The bold colors, blue, red, orange
The mywarboard.com logo
The small warboard "faces" used to indicate temperature on a deal and throughout the site.
Icon set - on each row we've got an icon for edit/delete, etc... really like the look of the current set.
Too dark, too much black. The really need a lot more whitespace as the black is hard on the eyes for those using the site all day.
Don't like how the content is boxed by the design. It leads to some wasted space to the far right and left. Ideally the new design would allow for use of the full page width and shrink/grow with small/larger browsers.
Menu options are currently just colored links. Would like something more along the line of a button or something more 3 dimensional looking.
Sub menu (menu along the right side). in the current design it stands out too much. We need the menu, but it should be more subtle allowing the page content to be the focus.
In short I'm looking for bold colors/web 2.0 look but with a lot more whitespace in the design, better use of the screen space, nicer main menu and an update to the submenu.
