Homepage: We want the designer to input a bit a creativity on the hompage design.. We like the idea of a large picture. The main goal of the homepage is to let the user know that they are in the right place for Real Estate Continuing Education. Below the fold, we want to have some information about why they should choose our company, similar to the website jet.com. A competitor in this space is: theceshop.com. We will need to include a state selector tool. We believe that if we were to design our website after a site like jet.com, the state selector tool would take the place of the button on jet.com labeled "Start Shopping"
Course Catalog Page: Please see the attached wireframe for the Course Catalog Page on how the design needs to look. The user will select a state from the home page state selector tool, and be transported to this page. In the top left, we will have the logo for "The Agent Academy." The button that is a circle with the letter "H" inside is going to be the "Home" button. The button that is a circle with the letter "L" inside is the login button. The button that is a circle with the letters "FAQ" inside will take the user to a "Frequently Asked Questions Page. Below the header you will see an arrow that resembles a back button. Once the user selects this button, they will be transported back to the homepage. Immediately to the right of the homepage, there is a large box that will be used by us to enter information about the particular state such as pricing. Below this we will need to have our course catalog. For example, each box listed on the sheet will be a book cover with the title of the book on it that the user can purchase. All books will be sitting on a virtual "shelf". For a visual on possible design elements, view the attachment that looks like books sitting on a bookshelf. Please include a picture of a few stock book covers, for our reference, in your design. Additionally, the blue triangle in the upper right hand corner of the book on our course catalog design page is where the number of hours will go for each course. Additionally, we will sell packages of books. A package is represented on the bookshelf by the three overlapping books with the banner that says "15 Hour Texas Renewal Package" We will need to have one of these designed in order to take it to our coder. Next, under each book, there will be an "Add to Cart" button integrated directly onto the shelf of the bookshelf. Towards the bottom of the page, the circle with a "P" in the middle is going to be a phone number and the circle with an "E" in the middle is going to be our email address.
Customer Dashboard Page: Please see the attached wireframe for the Customer Dashboard Page on how we would like the general layout of this page to be. Similar to in the Course List page, the top of the page should look the same, with the logo, Home & FAQ buttons the exact same. However, the Login button that was on the Course List page will now be a Log Out button. Just below these buttons will be a bar that has two buttons on the left, a "My Courses" button and a "My Information" button. On the right will be a customer icon followed by their name and a "Notifications" button. Just like on the Course List page, we would like to have a "bookshelf" where the courses that the customer has purchased will be shown. Please include a picture of a few stock book covers, for our reference, in your design. Additionally, the blue triangle in the upper right hand corner of the book on our course catalog design page is where the number of hours will go for each course. Once the customer has completed a course, a diagonal banner will appear from the bottom left hand corner of the book to the top right corner that says "Complete" in order to indicate that a book has been finished. We would like for one of the book on the "bookshelf" to include one of the banners. We have three blank boxes on the wireframes. We have a few ideas for what could go in these boxes but would like to keep it open to suggestions. The ideas that we have had to far is to have one of them be an overall progress box that shows if they have purchased 16 hrs of courses and have completed 8 hours, then the progress bar would show that they are half way through all of the courses. The other idea that we had was to show the expiration date of their real estate license and how many days they have left to complete their courses before the expiration date. These are just ideas that we have had and are open to other suggestions that you may come up with.
