How AdagioWebWorks started their web page design journey
ReconArt - Why Compromise?
ReconArt is an enterprise level software solution provider that aims at delivering large corporate and financial services customers around the world with a full-cycle bank and account reconciliation software solution.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are targeting senior finance, operations and technology executives in the banking, investment services and corporate community. Examples might include CFO, COO, CIO, Controller, Risk and Compliance Officers.
See attached Requirements file in MS Word. Not enough room here for everything.
A primary design focus on the home page should be the Reconciliation Workflow and its unique components. (Import, Matching, Exceptions, Reconciliation, Reporting, Archiving)
This represents our product - “Total Reconciliation Lifecycle™” workflow.
We envision the redesigned workflow to draw the attention of the audience and draw people into learning more about each individual component. See attached. Be creative.
The Reconciliation Workflow:
- MUST be represented as a logical workflow
- Should use a roll-over effect when hovering over each component
- Should provide a brief description of each component as the user hovers. Please be creative, this needs to look sleek and professional and not intrusive. E.g. Import – “Find how easy it is to parse and import SWIFT files with ReconArt’s Import Component”
- Should exist also on the Solution page (the second page for the contest). Where it would aid the navigation through the content of the workflow components.
We would like to use the workflow design on other media, including print, software, etc…, please keep this in mind while designing.
The Total Reconciliation Workflow is the primary focus of the home page. We are looking for something innovative that really draws attention to it.
