Redesign of free counter service

We need you to design a fresh new look for our free counter service. We are looking for a main page, where people will create new counters, and also a template for the inner pages of our site.

Flagcounter.com is a popular service among users of blogs, socialnetworking sites, and anyone looking for a fun and easy way to find outwhere their website visitors are coming from.

We would like you to design something professional, simple andeffective yet also somewhat fun.  We have no preference regardingcolors, but would prefer something different than what we have now. Our current logo is simply Consola.ttf and we are very open to something new, but we should be also able to use either a square/rectangle version of a smaller logoimage as a "stamp" on the bottom of the Flagcounter images, or use a matching .ttf font as we do now.

Main page should contain:
- All of the current customization options we have currently
- An area where the actual counter image will appear while the user is making their customizations..

Content page should contain:
- Similar look and appearance as main page, but room for Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, FAQ, Statistics pages, etc.

- Flags!
- Simplicity, but effective and professional
- .PSDs only, no coding required.

- Flash
- Frames
- Lot of images or busyness
