Redesign of web-site for electronics manufacturing company

I want to update my current web-site.
This contest is for design only. Conversion to Joomla template and populating with content will be done separately.

Home Electronics

Please see existing web-site at http://www.home-electro.com. The content will change a bit, but will remain mostly the same. So the design must support all elements of the existing web-site. I want to keep the blue as the main color, otherwise I'm flexible.

General requirements

Pixel width: 800 min, 1024 max.

I want to have flexible width page, like this one:

So that it extends from 800 to 1024 if the window allows.

Top level menu will remain the same as on the current web-site.

On the home page I want to have a moderate size picture that allows to
quickly grasp what my products are doing. It will have my device, remote control, PC, TV or other device and
signals going in various directions. A very poor sketch of the picture can be seen here:

To get an idea of the size of the picture that I want, take a look at this one:

All standard fonts: Arial and whatever other fonts everybody has.

Navigation elements (menus, buttons) will use graphics only for background. On our current web-site you can see all menues are made of GIFs. On the new site they won't be. The menus will be texts over graphics or solig bg color.

I hope that does not sound very confusing.

So please no effects on the texts anywhere, other than what could be achieved by using CSS. The only place where effects are allowed are title with the company name.

NOTE: from the logo file only take text. It does not need to be on thesame background as we currently have, and we don't need the icon either.
