KT Design was very creative in their winning design for the contest I held. She would respond to my requests but she also produced for me something I never could have dreamed of. I am so grateful for her skill in helping me produce something I am proud to present to others.
How nateho started their web page design journey
we are a 4 year old marketing firm that is now grown to over 12 employees. We publish online products/subscription programs as well as provide marketing consulting. We're young, aggressive, don't sleep much and like getting stuff out to market. We like to keep things very simple not only in how we run our business but in how we market and provide services to our clients.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our target audience varies from online marketers to people who are more traditionally brick and mortar but are quickly utilizing social media to get more eyeballs and bodies in their stores shops etc. SO we have an interesting bunch of people who love business and are getting their hands dirty with web 2.0/social media.
For the design Im looking for something very clean functional but still has the web 2.0 look with out too much navigation
I have a couple of layouts & looks that I like from sites I've already seen out there doing something similar and would like to see what you (the kick ass designer) can come up with by taking elements of each.
Here are some of the things I like specifically about each of the sites.
example of the clean smooth look/layout that I would like to model please look at: http://twitart.com (the simple navigation is great here).
like how they show that they don't just do twitter backgrounds but also facebook fan page, youtube etc. I'm going to have a sites that target each of these but the main purpse of those pages will be to funnel them to socialdressup.com
What they're doing could be accomplished/incorporated with the look I trying to achieve by putting the buttons in the header or something like that but I do want the main hem to be about twitter because that's what people for the most part are looking for so that needs to be stronger.
