I'm looking for all 5 pages to be designed, but they are obviously very, very similar. The only one that might require a bit of extra work is the blog page, and I will pay extra if you can do the wordpress blog design...if you cant don't worry about it.
I can also pay extra if you can make this in css for me. Doesn't have to be fancy css.
