Page descriptions

We would like to design a custom theme for our new Wordpress site (CMS). The overall look of the website will be based from our new logo. This will be a brochure type site that gives the visitor the ability to learn about our various development projects, and about the team. We want a simple, clean and modern feel to the website (colors, font style, buttons, etc.). Most of our developments will have their own unique website, but we want people to be able to access summary information and have a visual experience of the properties. The design must be simple to use and integrate with Wordpress plugins.

Other notes

The typical visitor will be professionals (investment bankers, developers, real estate brokers) visiting to learn more about the company. We will also utilize it as a place to upload presentations for visitors to get in depth information about each development/investment project.
