Provide outsource 2nd level printer and multifunction device support for manufacturer and enterprise clients. When clients and manufacturers want a second opinion, or an outside view on a problem, or simply help because they've exhausted their own resources, they call us. On the manufacturer side we do work for HP, Lexmark, Xerox, Ricoh etc.
No, but are part of www.ballisticecho.com (site need not look similar)
www.lanslide.com - i like the clean look http://www.sharify.it/ - large icons for each 'section' http://www.247grad.de/ - simple, clean, large boxes/icons for each section
Homepage - a quick summary of what we do, maybe some lineart-type drawings of printers, networks, computers etc. and links to the 4 pages mentioned below. Q&A - A forum type page that allows us (not clients) to post questions and answers Blog - With limited commentary on the printer industry and devices Downloads & Resources - A spot that will show files & documents that can be downloaded (Q&A section might link back to here) About - an area to describe what we do and how to contact
Should look professional with a little "web 2.0" style but NOT "cartoony" A logo is attached, this is most likely what I will use as a logo along with the text "mfpsupport.com" potentially in the same font as use used at www.ballisticecho.com (neuropol x)
