C’est une grande et ancienne bâtisse créole en bois dans un parc verdoyant, (eucalyptus, manguiers, letchis, tous 2 fois centenaires, il y a toutes sortes d’oiseaux, perruches, un bassin foisonnant de poissons) et, un restaurant gastronomique luxueux, un bar, une cave à vin, un club de Jazz, où l’on pourra également accueillir des comédiens, du théâtre, des conteurs, des récitals de ... Le but est d’attirer des gens avec un revenu confortable avec un intérêt pour la bonne gastronomie, le Jazz, la musique classique, le bon ... L’hospitalité du lieu, ancienne demeure de riche propriétaire terriens, exploitant la canne à sucre, ne peut pas laisser indiffé... La bâtisse est au milieu d’un champ de canne à sucre, on y accède par une allée bordée de palmiers, cocotiers et café... La transversalité de la maison laisse voir l’océan depuis l’allé... Le regard traversant la maison pour se jeter dans l’océ...

J’aimerais qu’il y ait « Île de la Réunion » mais pas « à L’ile de la Réunion », j’aimerais éventuellement intégré un rappel du vieux portail de l’entrée, mais ce portail et non pas un portail quelconque et un rappel du majestueux ... Merci pour votre intérê... Eucalyptus tereticornis
