Meine Zielgruppe arbeitet als Fach- oder Führungskraft in der Medienbranche und steckt in Konfliktsituationen, herausfordernden Change-Situationen und Transformationsprozessen fest. Alte Erfahrungen und Glaubenssätzen helfen nicht mehr weiter. Verunsicherung und die Angst, eigene und die Erwartungen anderer nicht mehr erfüllen zu können, nimmt zu. Sie stellen sich nur noch in Frage, finden keine neue Orientierung, drehen sich im Kreis, ein Ende ist nicht in Sicht. Ein so muss ich handeln, dann passt es, gibt es nicht mehr. Mit "Echt - jetzt!" lernen meine Klienten, innere Klarheit zu finden und sich selbst zum Ruhepol, zum sicheren Fundament, in bewegten Zeiten zu entwickeln. Sie erfahren, dass es in Konflikten mit anderen vor allem darauf ankommt erst einmal bei sich selbst für Klarheit zu sorgen, um mit dem Gegenüber stressfrei neue Lösungen zu finden. Ich biete mich als Mediatorin, Mentorin und Medienmanagerin als Begleitung, Unterstützung, Beraterin und Sparringspartnerin an. "Echt - jetzt!" gibt es als Mediation im akuten Konflikt und als Einzel- oder Gruppen-Coaching. Botschaften Keine Angst vor deinen Emotionen! Keine Angst vor den Emotionen deiner Mitarbeitenden! Mir gefällt eine Kombination aus professioneller Klarheit und emotionaler Buntheit. Die Datei war nur mal eine Bastelei, kann das aber vielleicht unterstreichen. Ich bin empathisch, freundlich, fröhlich, klar, direkt, aktiv, kompetent, kommunikativ, positiv, offen, enthusiastisch, ergebnisorientiert, , herzlich, flexibel, entscheidungsfreudig, motiviert, kontaktfreudig, anspruchsvoll und mehr als nur die Business-Fassade, deshalb noch ein privates Bild. D.h. das Design darf nicht zu elitär sein, es darf eine emotionale oder humorvolle Note haben.
