I provide Pranayama Breathwork healing sessions. For groups as well as individuals. Breathwork is an active meditation that allows participants to experience an 'altered state' where they are able to quiet the thinking mind, open their hearts and heal emotional pain.

I would like to incorporate an abstraction of the Wara Warm falcon, also known as the Cara Cara, that often sits atop a cactus. The bird is native to the Americas where I am from.
