About us
We are a B2B consulting company which specializes in improving customer service via online channels. We work with medium and large corporations in helping them to align their customer services needs. This "customer experience 404" is a new podcast which uses the "404" webpage error as a moniker for those online errors customers meet every day. The podcast is about bringing people together who work in this area. The 404 moniker in my mind is the customer who is trying to get service from a company online but is only frustrated.

The logo must look good as 1400x1400px for iTunes podcast logos but as well when minimized to 87x87. Hope to also reuse this on my blog page for the podcast. The "404" can be in the logo but should not be the main object.
