The "Forellen-Manufaktur" is a small, Bavarian fish farm (manufactory) that breeds trout regionally, species-appropriately and sustainably and offers them freshly caught for consumption. Here, every step of the process is pure passion as well as handwork and the product or the fish itself is the focus as a valuable living being.

I would like to use the stylized fish in the attachment for my new logo (I purchased a corresponding license from Adobe Stock). Basically the logo should look like this: black background (square or with rounded corners), fish logo shown completely in white or alternatively red. The name “Forellen-Manufaktur” should be clearly visible (prominently) integrated as well as the slogan (100% freshly caught, 100% species-appropriate, 100% premium quality). Alternatively, the possible new logo could also be displayed in the manner of the example graphic ("Promaris", see attachment). Note: I also purchased another Adobe Stock file (license) with cutlery (knife & fork, on the far right of this graphic, which may be used for another logo design). The logo should be rather simple overall (not too graphically overlaid, etc.). For example, I have attached the desired font(s) as the font for "Forellen-Manufaktur". The slogan itself can be reproduced in a different (clear and legible font or in no script, etc.). But in principle I am Also open to completely different designs. Thank you very much.
