We are a Japanese fried chicken restaurant, that has an authentic feeling - it's as if you came to a tiny restaurant in Japan. I would want to attract people that are foodie, gourmet and let them know we are serious about food. We will also provide vegetarian & vegan dishes to cater for everyone. We want to attract young professionals who are willing to spend a bit more on up-market fast-food.

1. we like the idea of a using Japanese alphabet “ツ” -pronounced TSU- including in logo, that looks like smily face. 2. we would like to develop a friendly minimal character that gives welcoming atomosphere 3. I don't want to put any image or object which looks like a chicken.
