GOODAIR did a great job. He read through my brief and some of the samples and inspiration I provided and came up with a great design that captures the aesthetic, spirit, and elegance of what I was looking for. We went through a lot of edits on things, and he was always very responsive and open to the edits. I think the only thing that could have gone better was the provision of templates by Vista Print for things like envelopes and business cards. I suspect that there are some different standards by country, but it was left to the client and to the designer to do the research for the correct sizes, and placement of certain copy. I likely know more about this than the average person because I have worked in marketing my entire career and am familiar with postal regulations, printing costs, accessibility requirements, etc. I think, also, that it would be helpful to allow for Zoom calls or other communications methods; doing so probably would have reduced the amount of back and forth.
