Bitte beachten Sie bei Ihrem Design das wir kein Makler im klassischen Sinn sind sondern beratende Schnittstelle zwischen Investoren und Maklern entsprechend wollen wir nicht Objekte im üblichen Rahmen bewerben sondern unsere Dienstleistung auf höchster Qualitätsstufe. Genau so soll das Inserat Optisch und Textuell die Seriosität und Diskretion unseres Auftretens versinnbildlichen. We need design and layout for an ad in an properties insert of a paper. Please consider at your design work that we are not a typical estate agent but advisors between Investors and agents. Thus we don`t want to atvertise properties in the usuall way but our high quality services. The ad should ray out the interity and dicretion magan stands for and is known for.

Im Design sollen 4 Bilder mit Beschreibung (Lage, Rendite, ..) und ein Text platziert werden. Natürlich auch das Firmenlogo und die Firmenanschrift die sie der Webseite www.magan.at entnehmen können. Diese Webseite soll gleichzeitig als Referenz dienen. This website is also a reference for your design work. Größe des Inserates: 1/2 DIN a4 + 3 mm Bundzugabe und 5mm Innenabstand Size of the ad is ½ DIN A4 + 3 mm margin and 5 mm padding. In our preceptions there should be found one to four pictures of properties with a caption of 3 or 4 most important data and a short text ( approx. 150 words).
