The idea is that with a contemporary typography, simple lines and different textures this medal will never look outdated.
The \"ring\" shape aims to build awareness in the BJJ community around a very important topic in every sport: the possibility to participate at a Summer Olympic Games, the peak and dream of every single athlete in the world. BJJ wasn't able to be part of the 2016 Olympics at Rio and the upcoming Tokyo 2020, so as a way to demonstrate the desire and union of the sport i'm proposing a medal design that together with the other two in the podium makes a shape similar to the famous olympic rings, showing that the sport is ready to take a place in future olympics games.")

-The first part is made from wood, a natural material found in the context of where the country grand prix will be held. It has magnets that allow the placement of the other two parts of the medal. It also has the name of the event and the names of the legs.
-The second part is a metal hoop or ring with a silver finish.
-The third and final part of the medal is a metal circle with a gold finish. It has the logo of the Club.
-The back of the medal has the name of the main sponsor.")
