I have to admit I was not so sure about doing this contest but I have been more than amazed with the process and how 99designs was there to help and assist through the whole process. They offered help, extensions and everything I needed including a phone call to help me make a great contest. I never did call because I felt that the layout and flow was so good I didn't need further help. I would highly recommend this process for design work. I would say though the contest is only as good as you make it. You need to be available to give lots of detailed feedback to your designers and give them time to complete them. I would say be realistic, and offer as much feedback as early as possible in your contest to ensure they have time to work those requests out. Cheers!

Rather than being locked into one person in a company and feeling embarrassed because you don't like their design, with 99designs, you have a HUGE selection of designers and designs. If you don't like any of them, you can get a refund, but if you pick one you like, you pay the amount you have agreed to pay - and the cost is very reasonable. Running your own 99designs "competition" is a wonderful opportunity for your business and the creative world, giving all designers young and old the same chance at winning.
