The support team at 99designs were helpful and patient with me as a first-time user of the site, advising me on how to handle issues that came up between designers. The site itself has an intuitive interface which makes the commissioning process easier to monitor.

What a wonderful process. I was quoted $2500 to design my logo, I would receive 2 to choose from and I didn't own the copyright. I had 243 designs to choose from and it was so much cheaper.

This process was amazing! Initially I was concerned because of the cost, however, it was worth every single penny! 99designs' approach to allowing all these designers from around the world compete for our business is such a fantastic idea! I also loved that I could create polls to get others opinions which honestly gave 99designs a lot of exposure - BRAVO! If I had to do it again, which I may, I absolutely will consider 99designs FIRST and foremost!
