I was very happy with the designs submitted by the designers on 99designs and the result of the competition. The process for building the brief, monitoring the competition and interacting with the designers is great. I also spoke to 99designs support a few times and found them to be extremely helpful.
In fact, I found the the competition to be somewhat addictive and look forward to using 99designs services again.
