99designs is a brilliant platform that allows for a simplified, streamlined approach to designing various projects. I've found that the selection of designers is top notch. Of course, like anything, you get as much out of it as you put in. The better the brief, the better the designs you'll get! It isn't perfect, but you can't have it all for the really great pricing structure and simplification they're offering :)
