Schon während meines Studiums der angewandten Ernährungstherapie, war ich darüber verwundert wie viele Halbwahrheiten und falsche Bilder in den Köpfen der Menschen ... Ich stellte mir die Frage wie ich die vielen Unklarheiten darüber wie man mit verschiedenen Krankheiten umgeht, sich gesund ernährt und ein langes, glückliches und vor allem gesundes Leben führt, an so viele Menschen wie möglich weitergeben ...
