Wir vermieten... sanierte Wohnungen in einer bestehenden und regional bekannten Wohnsiedlung in einer kleinen Vorstadt (Bassersdorf) bei Zü... Der Name der Siedlung ist in der Bevölkerung ... "Im Sprangle" ist ein schweizerdeutscher Ausdruck und benennt das lokal bekannte ... Die Siedlung zeichnet sich durch den grossen Innenhof aus, welcher Garten- und Innehofähnliche Züge aufweist; Treffpunkt für jung und alt, für ein harmonisches ... Der Innenhof ist zudem von einem grossen alten Baumbestand umzä... Die Häuser werden einseitig von einem Bach, dem "Altbach" ... Das Quartier ist Naturnah (am Ortsende angesiedelt) und zielt auf Familien und gemeinschaftsliebende Personen ... Die Siedlung besteht aus älteren Wohnhäuser (Baujahr...), welche innen wie aussen totalsaniert ... Entsprechend werden die Mietzinse erhöht, was zu einem Mieterwechsel führen ... Der Slogan "Da läbt Bassersdorf" ist ebenfalls Schweizerdeutsch und heisst: hier lebt ... Soll heissen, dass sich die Mehrheit der Bassersdorfer Bevölkerung in dieser Siedlung wohl und zuhause fühlen wü... Die Zielgruppe soll sich "angekommen" fü... Wir stellen uns ein Logo vor, in dem die Themen Garten, Natur, Lebensgefühl und Menschen in Verbindung gebracht ...
