"Ellen is an excellent customer, she was polite and attentive at the beginning,
offered a higher value to the vast majority of customers,
valuing the designer's work, in addition to responding quickly
the messages.
Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding on my part, where I updated the entire agenda with the text sent, believing it to be the final text, but it was just a draft, requiring further changes. Not to mention that I was in the process of changing my address and it took me a while to respond to the message in the related month.
Furthermore, what we initially agreed on was changed, generating divergences. In any case, I recommend the client and I understand that unforeseen events happen. "Wonderful customer!!! What an incredible project! I loved his different personality (you can tell by the style of his song covers), his talent and the music that inspired the CD cover. Sensational! He was the one who gave all the conceptual guidance, 100% feedback, very polite, kind and patient. He quickly advanced the project stages, evaluations and approvals. I was so happy to do this project! It was a joint effort! I loved the result and I will be one of the listeners of his songs as soon as it is released!"
